In other words it will become second nature just as blinking your eyes or breathing. Real food will taste better, and after several months, the garbage food won't taste good any more as your taste buds return. I for one can not eat McDonald's hamburgers anymore without getting sick, in fact it has been over twenty years since I have had one and the smell of one turns me off now. My body can no longer tolerate the fats and preservatives that are in the hamburger meat and the white flour hamburger buns are like eating glue. They get stuck to the roof of my mouth and in my teeth. Disgusting!.
Exercise Along With Diet Change
