2. Clarify Your Values. If you try to do everything, you will end up unhappy and dissatisfied. Invest some time in considering what is most important to you, and then spend your precious time doing these things.

Your values are linked to the feeling of being satisfied or dissatisfied when they are experienced. Values drive your actions, either motivating you to do something or not do something, which translates into your end results.

Know your reasons for wanting to help others. Having a big 'why' can assist you to invoke the noblest of urges, appealing to your higher intention, unifying and supporting you in making decisions. Lower priorities may need to be sacrificed in order to serve your higher purpose.

5. Consider the gifts you bring to the table. Everyone, and that includes you, has a range of personal and work related offerings which they can share with others.

You are a uniquely packaged individual, shaped by your own blend of skills, abilities, gifts, passions, personality and experiences. Combining these aspects with your values, goals and dreams, can create satisfying opportunities for you to make a difference in ways which reflect your individuality and motivations.
