As Starbucks has its own return channel

One day in 1980, Howard Schultz, Director of Retail Operations and Marketing for the young, aspiring coffee chain Starbucks store was in Milan, Italy on a purchase. He noticed the coffee-bar present on virtually every street corner. This cafe-bars, meeting places have been acting, performance spaces and public places. The bar was an important part of the social glue of Italy, with more than 200,000 of them in the country.
